Tems and Conditions:

Except as otherwise expressly agreed, Asian Signatures Co. Ltd. and its client (or "Client") and/or Agent (or "Agent") agree that the terms and conditions for the services rendered by Aisan Signatures to the Client, whether on an individual or a tour basis (or the "Services") shall be governed by the Booking Conditions set out below and that the said Booking Conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into between Asian Signatures and the Client/Agent:

Validity:

All prices quoted to the Client/Agent are on a net basis and in United States Dollars (Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos) or Thai Baht (Thailand) and are valid according to the date specified on the Asian Signatures printed tariffs and/or quotation and/or invoice issued to the client/Agent. Asian Signatures warrants that the prices quoted to the client/agent are correct at the time of issuance of the client’s/agent’s quotation and/or invoice but are subject to change in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation without prior notice.

Reservation and Confirmation:

Based on your interest type of tour arrangements and destinations, our tour operator will assist you to organizing your travel plan. Once packages are confirmed, all the bookings should be booked by email. For any unexpected events such as flight delays, change the travel date, regional riots, natural disasters, etc...We, Asian Signatures have reserve the rights to provide alternative accommodation or switch around programs if, due to reasons beyond its control, hotels, flights or any other services as mentioned in the itinerary cannot be confirmed.

Deposit and Concellation:

A 25% of total tour price is required as deposit upon receiving confirmation by email. The balance should be settled at least 4 weeks before arrival date. There is service charge/bank charge for payment by bank transfer or any, all of which must be responsible by the tour buyer; our bank information will be sent to you with our pro forma invoice.

If you cancel your tour, the cancellation fees will be applied as follows:

- More than 30 days: No cancellation fee and your deposit will be refunded, however you will have to bear the bank charges for any refunds.

- Less than 30 days:                      25% of total tour price

- Less than 21 days:                      50% of total tour price

- Less than 14 days:                      75% of total tour price

- No show:                                   100% of total tour price

After commencement of travel no refund either in full or in part will be given for unused services included in the program unless it is directly caused by Asian Signatures.

Child Policy:

Child under 12 years old is generally get 50% off of  tour price, provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stays in the same room in an existing bed.  Please contact us for more detail about child discount if you have more than one.

Claims:

All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claim or litigation shall be finally settled by Asian Signatures. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the services.

Liability:

Asian Signatures shall always do its utmost to provide the services to the best of its capacity and upon the satisfaction of the Client. It is the understanding of the Parties that Asian Signatures acts as an intermediary between the Client/Agent and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices and other contractors providing the Services to the Client. Asian Signatures shall in no event be liable to the Client/Agent, by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to the Client by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay, change in schedule or other adverse events which are beyond the control of Asian Signatures and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the services to the Client. The Client/Agent warrants that Asian Signatures shall not be responsible and/or liable for additional expenses and/or damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest.

Payment:

Except as otherwise agreed by Asian Signatures, Client's payment shall be executed by cash, credit card or bank transfer. Except for cash payment, a service charge may apply. In cases where credit facilities have been agreed with the Client/Agent, payment shall be Executed by swift or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate Asian Signatures bank account. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Asian Signatures must be paid by the Client/Agent.
